Seoul, December 23, 2025 – The rosters are set for the 2025-2026 professional basketball All-Star Game, promising a dazzling “Festival of Stars” when the league’s brightest talents take the court on January 18th. Players are trading in rivalries for showmanship, preparing to deliver a spectacle for fans at Jamsil Indoor Stadium in Seoul.
All-Star Coaches and Team Composition Revealed
The Korean Basketball League (KBL) announced today the coaching assignments and team lineups for the upcoming All-Star Game.
The KBL revealed on the 23rd that Changwon LG coach Cho Sang-hyun and Anyang Jeong Kwan-jang coach Yoo Do-hoon will lead ‘Team Brown’ and ‘Team Coney,’ respectively. Eight additional team commanders will join each coaching staff to fill out the benches. The selection of coaches was based on team standings as of the end of the second round: coaches from the 4th, 5th, 8th, and 10th ranked teams will guide Team Brown, while those from the 3rd, 6th, 7th, and 9th ranked teams will helm Team Coney. This structure aims to reflect the competitive flow of the current season, moving beyond a simple exhibition game.
The All-Star draft centered around 20 players selected through a combination of fan and player voting. Four additional players – DB Kim Bo-bae, Sono Nathan Knight, SK Jamil Warney, and Hyundai Mobis Ji-hoon Ham – were added to the rosters at the discretion of the managers, bringing the total number of participating All-Stars to 24.
Team Brown and Team Coney Lineups
Team Brown’s starting five boasts a dynamic lineup of Yoo Sang-sang (LG), Lee Seon Albano (DB), Ahn Young-jun (SK), Ha Yoon-gi (KT), and Knight. This combination is expected to excel with its activity, speed, and offensive firepower. Facing them will be Team Coney’s starting five: Jeong-Hyun Lee (Sono), Ji-Hoon Park (Kwan-Jang Cheong), Tamayo Carl (LG), Ji-Hoon Ham, and Won.
