It’s mid-July, when the real heat begins. Every year, the record-breaking heat wave breaks out, making it increasingly difficult to survive the summer…

The hotter it gets, the more we crave for it! Cold things that can paralyze our five senses! We’ve gathered all the cold things together, regardless of food or location! Let’s go together to find a true getaway that will make you shiver just by looking at it.

This week (July 15-19) EBS 1TV current affairs and cultural programs <한국기행>The five-part series ‘I Like It Cold’ will air.

Pyeongchang, Gangwon-do, known as the Alps of Korea. With an average elevation of 700m, it is considered one of the coldest places in South Korea.

Mr. Hong Seong-hun, who came to Pyeongchang to find a valley. He recently quit his job as a swimming instructor and became a YouTuber.
I am making videos introducing valleys all over the country. I am still a beginner YouTuber with a lot of inexperience, but I am struggling to create a channel with my own unique style.

The valleys he found in Pyeongchang are Makdong Valley and Jangjeon Valley! He was born and raised in Gapyeong and has been to many valleys, but this is the first time he has been to such a cold valley. He overcomes the cold water temperature with passion! He enters the water without hesitation for filming, but will he be able to show off his swimming skills in the cold valley?

After playing in the water, we arrived at Yukbaekmajigi along the windy path! It was named because it was a plain so wide that we could sow 600 mal of rice seeds. Every year around this time, Shasta daisies are in full bloom, reminiscent of a heavenly flower garden.

But! Will Hong Seong-hoon be able to complete his trip to Pyeongchang safely in a situation where the sky is covered in fog and rain is falling to make matters worse?

We follow the romantic journey of a rookie YouTuber who sets out wherever the wind takes him.
