This has been confirmed by the Lakeland Police. According to the police investigation, it seems that 4 people in a blue car parked at the spot were involved in the shooting incident. All the 4 windows of the car were rolled down simultaneously and firing was done simultaneously. Firing has been directed at men. The car then sped away from the scene. Lakeland Police said they are looking for the car involved in the incident.
