Thousands of days have passed since the resurrection Sunday attacks began.
On this occasion, special services were held at the National Basilica of the Goddess with the participation of all the Diocesan Bishops, led by Archbishop Melkum Cardinal Ranjith Andakai.
A special service was organized today to pray for justice for the victims of Sunday’s Sunday attacks, for the lack of justice, for the massive crisis in the country and for a solution to the economic crisis.
The service began at 10 a.m. today with the Archbishop officiating.
It is noteworthy that on this Sunday, the victims of the attacks on the victims of the bomb blasts in Colombo – Kochchikade St. Anthony’s Correction and the Negombo – Kattuwapitiya Church were also present.
