An increase in the number of crime incidents on a nationalist background in the last three weeks. The security establishment states that in the month of October alone, 104 cases of nationalistic crimes by Jews against Palestinians occurred. This was reported this evening on the “Hashav” show at Khan 11.
A discussion was held in the security establishment about embarking on a broad action against the ‘Gov Aryot’ organization, which is responsible for the recent increase in the number of shooting attacks, which will include a series of arrests at a high rate.
The two detainees suspected of the attack on Majd 202 in Hawara were released to house arrest under restrictive conditions. On a public level, it was said that the riot began as a response to stones being thrown by Palestinians on the main road. A reserve paramedic, who was there and tried to help, was attacked with pepper spray by the rioters.
A resident of Samaria, a paramedic in the reserve, was also sprayed with pepper spray by Jews – along with paratroopers: “First time I’ve been attacked by settlers like me. The leadership of the settlement of Har Bracha, located in the Nablus area, condemned the Jewish rioters in Hawara. The settlement blamed the rioters for igniting the incident and that their behavior worsens the complex situation between the two populations – and called on the enforcement authorities to arrest them.
