Royal Enfield, one of the world’s oldest two-wheeler manufacturers, yesterday unveiled some of its future vehicles at the World Automotive Stadium EICMA 2021. Special editions of both the Continental GT650 and Interceptor 650, also known as the Twins, were released here yesterday (November 23).
Following this, the company has now launched another two wheeler. The company has released the brand new model SG650 (SG650). It is designed as a prototype (concept) model. Its style has captivated the audience.
Therefore, it is expected that this will be upgraded to production level at any time. Royal Enfield has now completed 120 years. It is noteworthy that the company entered the automotive industry in 1901.
On the eve of this historic day, the company has released the 120th Anniversary Special Edition bikes and the new SG650 motorcycles. The company’s choice of the world stage EICMA 2021 for their release has come as a big surprise.
At the same time, the company’s function is to ensure that motorcycles are world class. The currently released SG650 motorcycle is made in retro style. Its image is that of a modern day retro style mat.
It has a very attractive and beautiful look. The release of this vehicle is set to pay homage to the earlier traditional looking motorcycles. The front of the case is polished with aluminum, which is a prime example.
Subsequently, digital graphics have been used on the bike’s petrol tank as an added attraction. This suggests that the company has moved from analog to the digital age. This is further enhanced by the use of LED headlights (headlights, tail lights and indicators), as well as an aluminum headlamp cluster.
In addition, a large fuel tank has been used. It is noteworthy that it is made of solid aluminum. Atriumcular shaped wide seats are provided for a comfortable ride experience on this bike. It is noteworthy that the stitches are hand-stitched.
The chrome-plated mudguard is mounted on the front and the black matteguard on the back. It also comes with an anti-braking system, calipers and disc brakes with a bespoke design.
The new concept model SG650 bike has innumerable features like this. The bike uses the same 650cc engine as the twin bikes. It is capable of discharging a maximum of 47 bhp and 52 Nm of torque.
