(24 News) The Emir of Kuwait, Sheikh Meshaal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, has issued a decree for the formation of a new 13-member cabinet headed by Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah.

According to the foreign news agency, according to the decree issued by the Kuwaiti Emir, the names of 13 ministers have been announced for the cabinet, including 2 women. While Sharidah Abdullah Saad Al Mausharji has been appointed Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs.

Dr. Imad Muhammad Abdulaziz Al-Atiqi, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Petroleum, Abdul Rahman Badah Abdul Rahman Al-Mutairi, Minister of Information and Culture, Dr. Abdul Wahab Ahmed Al-Awadi, Minister of Health, Dr. Anwar Ali Abdullah Al-Muzaf, Minister of Finance, Minister of State for Economic Affairs and Investment, Dr. Adil Muhammad Abdullah Al-Adwani, Minister of Education, Abdullah Ali Abdullah Al-Alihi will be the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Noura Muhammad Khalid Al-Masha’an will be the Minister of Public Works and Municipalities, Dr. Muhammad Ibrahim Muhammad Al-Wasmi will be the Minister of Justice, Awqaf and Islamic Affairs.

Apart from this, Umar Saud Abdul Aziz Al-Omar has been given the portfolio of Trade and Industry, Dr. Mahmood Busheri has been given the portfolio of Water, Electricity, Renewable Energy and Housing, while Dr. Amol Haif Al-Hawaila has been given the portfolio of Social Affairs, Labor and Youth Affairs.

It should be remembered that the Emir of Kuwait had dissolved the National Assembly on Friday and announced the suspension of some provisions of the constitution for 4 years.
