Rabat: Tennis player banned for life after fixing 135 matches. Morocco’s Younes Rachidi was banned. International Tennis Integrity Agency has taken action against the player.

Younes, 36, was found to have fixed 135 tennis matches, according to the International Tennis Integrity Agency. Younes is ranked 473rd in the world in doubles competition. In addition to the ban, the actor will have to pay a fine of US$34,000 (roughly Rs. 28 lakh).

The star has been banned in such a way that he cannot have anything to do with tennis. Apart from being a player, Younes cannot even be a coach in the world of tennis. The International Tennis Integrity Agency has also banned two Algerian players involved in match-fixing with Younes.
