In total, the cases since the beginning of the epidemic are 3,949,517, the deaths 119,021. The currently positive ones are 461,448 (-4,095 compared to yesterday) while the healed and discharged are 3,369,048 (+17,587).
Coronavirus bulletin April 24: hospitalizations and intensive care are falling
There are 2,894 patients admitted to intensive care for Covid in Italy, down by 85 people compared to yesterday in the daily balance between entries and exits, while the daily entries, according to data from the Ministry of Health, were 143. Yesterday they were 153. In the ordinary wards, instead, 20,971 are hospitalized people, down 469 from yesterday.
There are 320,780 molecular and antigenic swabs for the coronavirus carried out in the last 24 hours in Italy. Yesterday there were 315,700 tests. The positivity rate is 4.3%, down from 4.7% yesterday.
