Baghdad / Obelisk Al-Hadath: The Central Criminal Court, in the Presidency of the Baghdad Court of Appeal, Al-Rusafa, issued a fifteen-year prison sentence against a drug dealer for the crime of trafficking in the sale of narcotic crystal.
And the Supreme Judicial Council stated in a statement that it had seized (100) grams of crystal in the control of the people, after it was intended to bring it into the Baghdad governorate with the intention of trading it and promoting it among the users.
He added, “She admitted to distributing and promoting narcotic substances inside her apartment in Erbil Governorate, pointing out that the ruling against her comes in accordance with the provisions of Article 28 / First of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Law No. 50 of 2017.”
