TRENTO. The chilling results from the arrest warrant, cited by the newspaper La Repubblica, signed by the investigating judge Emilio Schonsberg for the 37-year-old health and social worker accused of raping a 16-year-old girl between August 4 and 5 are shocking: the man allegedly filmed and photographed the victim while he was abusing her in the car.
The drama lasted 24 hours, after the abduction with an excuse – that of a techno party, which in reality was a pretext – between abuses and videos: the man would have ordered sushi for dinner, in the meantime. The accusation is that of sexual violence aggravated by the use of narcotics and the minor age of the victim, kidnapping, drug dealing and procuring a state of incapacity.
According to the arrest warrant, the 37-year-old allegedly pulled the 16-year-old by the hair while she, who was already under the influence of tranquilizers taken without her knowledge, said “Enough, I don’t want to”.
The incident was allegedly captured on video by the man while the two were in an apple orchard in Salorno. The man also allegedly made the girl smoke drugs even though she didn’t want to. The 37-year-old allegedly raped the young woman several times both in the car and at her home.
