Motorsport has once again shown its most bitter face today with another tragic Mortal accident at the circuit of Spa-Francorchamps. The Dutch driver Dilano van’t Hoff has lost his life in a serious accident on the historic Belgian circuit, where FRECA, the European Formula Regional Championship, was celebrating the fourth round of the season throughout the weekend.

Dilano van ‘t Hoff, from just 18 years, has suffered a serious accident in the last laps of the race. Joshua Dufek, Enzo Scionti and Adam Fitzgerald have also been involved in the collision. The latter had an impact against Van’t Hoff’s car, in which has been left in the middle of the track. The race has been suspended immediately and the medical assistance have treated the pilots on the track. The driver, Spanish F4 champion in 2021, has been quickly transferred to the circuit’s medical center but the doctors have not been able to do anything to save the young man’s life.
The accident was very similar to the one suffered by Antoine Hubert in F2. The French driver, F3 champion, died two years ago on the same circuit in another multiple accident at the end of the very fast straight of the historic circuit.
