The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) heard a case regarding the attack on the police vans and the rescue of the accused at Sangjani in Islamabad.
86 people including 2 PTI MPs, 34 KP policemen and 42 rescue 1122 personnel were brought to the judicial complex, 82 accused were brought before the Anti-Terrorism Court, the case was heard by Judge Tahir of the Anti-Terrorism Court. The lawyer of the accused said that according to the FIR, the attack on the police van was planned during the appearance in the court, who asked the police to leave the van of the prisoner and bring it to the GT road? I am, the court has approved the bail of the accused, while the other court ordered the discharge of the accused, on which Judge Tahir Abbas supra said that the discharged accused must be released immediately.

The prosecutor argued that there is a need for the remand of the accused to expose the conspiracy, recover the weapons, and analyze the videos, on which the court inquired that they believe that there are 82 people in the car, so why do the analysis? Later, the Anti-Terrorism Court reserved its decision on the plea of physical remand of the accused, after which the 2-day physical remand of all the accused was approved.
