And what he imagined came true, the company refused to award the prize on the grounds that the lottery ticket was torn. He begged and brought documents certifying the family under the policy, poor household … to prove that he did not cheat, did not use fake tickets. But the rules are regulations, the lottery company is determined to follow the law, cannot be condescending.
Failing to plead, the Western man still hopes that the lottery company will rethink and award the prize. He decided to file a complaint with the provincial police. At this time, the lottery company had to ask the Criminal Technical Department of the provincial police to examine the lottery ticket of Mr. V.
Three months later, the Criminal Technical Division informed the two sides of the results of the examination. The results clearly show that V’s lottery ticket is crumpled, but it is a real number, the digits on the ticket have not been erased, repaired or patched. But the lottery company continued to ignore it. They asserted that the company was very tired and spent a lot of time explaining orally and in writing to Mr. V that the lottery ticket was torn, and if the company gave the prize, it would be “unfair to previous customers who were similar cases, while also setting a bad precedent.”
Not accepting “losing”, Mr. V decided to sue the lottery company to court. On August 13, 2012, the People’s Court of Soc Trang City accepted Mr. V’s petition, forcing the lottery company to pay a bonus of 125 million VND and nearly 32 million VND in interest. However, the lottery company appealed.
On December 7, 2012, the People’s Court of Soc Trang province declared that the lottery company paid Mr. V 125 million dong in bonus money, without paying interest because he was at fault for making the lottery ticket crumpled. He agreed, no complaints. However, whether he received the above amount or not, the people in the area did not know, only seeing that the couple was still working hard.

I understand the family’s situation, so I happily took that money home,” the man once said.
On the way home, passing through Dai Mo area, Tu Liem district, Mr. Cam suddenly met 4 old classmates. 5 people immediately invited each other to drink water, reminiscing about the old story. At this time, an old man selling lottery tickets approached and begged to buy 3 empty tickets. His friends didn’t pay any attention. He felt guilty, so he bought it for help.
“I bought 3 lottery tickets with the purpose of helping the old man who sold lottery tickets to return to his family soon without thinking about getting lucky. So that night the lottery program on Hanoi radio was played. out but I don’t mind.
I was cooking rice in the kitchen when I heard some numbers on the TV. When I replayed it, I was startled when I saw that the special prize matched the numbers on the ticket I bought in the afternoon. I left what I was doing, ran upstairs to see how the dialing program ended. I waited for 15 minutes on the central television to replay the lottery results and broke down when all 3 sheets had the jackpot,” said the Ha Thanh man.
That year, the amount of money he received was up to 200 million dong, but it was full of change, up to a few bags of money. “If I have money, I will pay the debt and then buy my first son a motorbike to use as a means of going to university. The winning amount he stashed away was also burned, leaving only 10 million VND. He once again fell into a state of nothingness with excruciating pain. But it was at that time that he received help from the very people he used to treat for free. They came to collect money and effort to repair his house.
Referring to the remaining amount of VND 10 million winning the lottery, Mr. Cam excitedly said that he had invested in slicers, crushers, pilling machines, and machines to cure diseases for free and save lives.
