Two listed companies have sent cash dividends to shareholders as banks. After reviewing the audited financial report of the financial year ended on December 31, 2023, the dividend of the two companies was announced.
On Sunday (August 18), this information was revealed by Dhaka and Chittagong Stock Exchange (DSE).
The companies are – Pioneer Insurance Company Limited and Bangladesh National Insurance Limited.
According to information, cash dividends declared by Pioneer Insurance and Bangladesh National Insurance Limited have been sent to investors through Bangladesh Electronic Funds Transfer Network (BEFTN) systems.
Pioneer Insurance: Cash dividend declared by the company for the financial year ended December 31, 2023 has been remitted to shareholders as bank. The company paid 30 percent dividend during the financial year under discussion. Out of this 20 percent cash and 10 percent bonus dividend.
Bangladesh National Insurance: The cash dividend declared by the company for the financial year ended 31 December 2023 has been remitted to shareholders as bank. The company has paid 20 percent cash dividend during the year under review.
