This process has total confidentiality, because it involves 20 minors who were detained at the beginning of the month and in flagrante delicto, while committing acts of vandalism in the vicinity of the Redondel Don Rua, in San Salvador Centro. This criminal structure arises within the country’s national or technical institutes.
The “Razas” played a role as an arm of the gangs in the different study centers, becoming small criminal groups, which in turn delimited the imaginary borders of these structures.
In this case, the Attorney General’s Office (FGR) claims to have all the binding elements for the 20 defendants. The detainees belong: five adults and three minors, to INFRAMEN, while from INTI there are seven adults and five minors.
According to the Public Institute, 14 of the students are accused of public disorder and seven are charged with the crime of injuries and serious injuries. They were captured on September 12, 2024 after getting into a fight around the Don Rúa area in San Salvador.
