20-year-old hit by car in Eben: hit-and-run

After a Krampus run in Eben, a 20-year-old local wanted to walk home. On the old federal highway she walked on the right side of the street or on the sidewalk to Hüttau.

In Sonnberg she was hit from behind by a car and injured. The car driver then stepped on the accelerator and left the woman behind. The 20-year-old had injured her right shoulder and right knee joint. She was taken to Schwarzach Hospital by the Red Cross. A search is underway for the driver of the car.
