by time news

2023 is full of exciting game releases and surprising twists, and we’re still close to March! Looking at the 2023 titles released so far, from the disappointment of Forspoken followed by Dead Space Remake in January, to Hogwarts Legacy and its record-breaking controversy in February, then Atomic Heart and its controversy no less than its predecessor in The same month, and we weren’t able to catch our breath until Wild Hearts came from EA, to be followed by Sons of The Forest with millions of sales within days of its release!

Well, dear reader, take a deep breath and get ready for the March games, as there are titles that are no less good than the aforementioned ones, so let’s review together those games for the month of March 2023.

Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty (March 3)

A linear story-RPG, by Souls-Like, based on elements of well-known Souls games at its core, and very similar in style to Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice.

The events of the game take place in ancient China, in the year 184 AD, during the last days of the Han Dynasty, and before the beginning of the Three Kingdoms era. In its dramatic construction, the game relies on a mixture of fantasy and historical accuracy in some aspects, as the game presents real characters from Chinese history, such as Lu Bu and Zhang Jue from the Yellow Turban Group, Liu Bei and Cao Cao, and other historical figures.

The game is developed by Team Ninja Studio, the same studio behind Nioh Games, the famous RPG series, which is a reason for optimism about this game and this studio.

Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty releases on March 3 on all platforms.

WWE 2K23 (March 17)

The popular wrestling game is back with a new version this year, with new additions to the gameplay and wrestlers available in the game. This year’s cover star is John Cena.

The most notable new addition in WWE 2K23 is the War Games mode, where two teams of 3 players compete for a team (3v3), but not in one arena, but in two arenas, inside a steel cage surrounding the two arenas. Players will be able to bring weapons with them, which means complete mayhem with all six players in the cage.

Of course, the most prominent new Federation stars will join the game, the most prominent of which will be Cody Rhodes, with the rest of the stars joining in additional packages that will be released after the game is released.

WWE 2K23 releases on March 17th on all platforms.

Resident Evil 4 Remake (24 March)

One of the most anticipated games of the whole year. “Leon” returns again in the iconic Resident Evil 4 remake, which will finally be released next March, after the great success of the second and third remakes. Following in the footsteps of the Resident Evil games, there will be a free demo available to try part of the game ahead of its March release.

The game revolves around “Leon”, the hero of the second part of the series, as he seeks to rescue the daughter of the American president on a dangerous mission, after she was kidnapped from a religious sect in Spain.

Expectations are high and trust in Capcom is blind, and we can’t wait to finally get a Resident Evil 4 remake.

Resident Evil 4 Remake will be released on March 24 across all platforms, except Xbox One.

Crime Boss: Rockay City (28 March)

A first-person shooter game. It is about robberies and robberies, and it can be played alone or with other players. The game takes place in the nineties of the last century, in the United States of America.

March Games

The game introduces a cast of famous Hollywood actors, most notably Chuck Norris, Michael Madsen, and Michael Booker. It’s a good move, but it could also be a sign that most of the game’s development budget is being spent on these celebrities, at the expense of the quality of the game itself.

According to what we saw from the game’s presentation at PlayStation’s last State of Play event, the game offers an impressive level of graphics. Also, its art direction is very similar to the unofficial art direction related to GTA 6. I don’t know if it was a coincidence or if it was intentional.

The game will be released next March 28 on current generation platforms and PC.

The Last of Us Part 1 (28 March)

As part of Sony’s plan to release its games via PC. The remake of the iconic game, The Last of Us, is finally coming to PC. This is after it was released on PlayStation platforms last year. The game is based on the same engine as the sequel, and offers gameplay and graphic levels worthy of the current generation.

March Games

The story of the game is the same as the well-known, in that after a deadly epidemic breaks out and humanity is on the brink of extinction, one of the survivors, Joel, finds himself involved in delivering a girl, Ellie, from one place to another, overcoming serious difficulties and without knowing the importance of that girl, only to gradually discover that It’s bigger than it looks.

The remake comes with new difficulty modes, more accessibility options, and more comprehensive technical support options.

The Last of Us Part 1 will be released on March 28th on PC.
