A column of Russian military equipment was destroyed to the east of Rylsk, in the area of the Oktyabrskoye settlement in the Kursk region.

“This could be one of the largest single losses for Russian troops since the start of a full-scale conflict,” one report said.
According to the report, the destroyed column, destroyed on the night of August 9 in the Kursk region, could have been transporting personnel of the 44th Army Corps of the Northern Group of Russian Forces (Leningrad Military District) or fighters of the “Fifteen” brigade. In the afternoon of August 9, the propaganda publication “Zvezda”, which is a media outlet sponsored by the Russian Defense Ministry, posted a video of a column of armored vehicles of the Russian Armed Forces moving through the Kursk region. This outraged Russian military correspondents, who noted that in this way the tanks would become “an excellent target” for the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
In particular, the Podolian propagandist noted that in the footage it is possible to determine the unit, model of tanks, quantity and direction in which the column is moving.
“Even the enemy is laughing at us. I don’t know what needs to happen to stop this,” the propagandist noted.
At the same time, the Kursk region authorities have repeatedly asked residents of the region not to remove the air defense system and the movement of Russian equipment.
