As events in the Kursk region develop, more and more video materials are appearing on the Internet, demonstrating the mood of the region’s residents as the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) advance.

In one such video, filmed by a Ukrainian soldier in one of the region’s populated areas, a local resident expresses his dissatisfaction with the Russian government and Vladimir Putin’s policies using obscene words.

The footage shows a dialogue between a Ukrainian soldier and a resident of the Kursk region. The Ukrainian soldier asks the man if he has enough food and drink. In response, the grateful resident notes that everything necessary has already been received and expresses his gratitude to the Ukrainian soldiers. The man wished them health and success in the fight against the fascists, adding that it is necessary to “hang Putin.”

To the final cry of the Ukrainian soldier “Glory to Ukraine!”, the resident responded with the traditional answer “Glory to the Heroes”, which indicates the mood among the population after the start of the offensive operation of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Earlier, “Kursor” reported that Russia announced an “organized retreat” in the Kursk region.

The Russian army is not yet able to contain the offensive of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

In the Kursk region, Russian military personnel carried out an “organized retreat” to the eastern bank of the Seim River in the Tetkino area.

According to the Defense Ministry’s statement, all residents of the settlements were evacuated, and as Ukrainian troops approached, two bridges located in Tetkino and Popovo-Lezhachi were blown up.

The Russian side also noted that the troops took up new defensive positions that had been prepared in advance.
