Russian occupation forces attacked the peaceful village of Malokaterinovka in the Zaporizhia region, resulting in four children being injured.

As reported by the press service of the National Police of Ukraine, the incident occurred today, August 20, at 17:45. The ammunition, the type of which is still being determined, exploded near a kiosk.

The victims included children aged 11, 14, 15 and 17, as well as an 18-year-old girl. They were given first aid by police paramedics at the scene.

The condition of a 15-year-old teenager is particularly serious; he was taken to the regional clinical hospital in an unconscious state, where doctors are carrying out resuscitation measures. The condition of the other victims is assessed as stable.

At the scene of the tragedy, investigative teams, forensic experts, explosive experts and other specialized services are working to investigate what happened.

Earlier, “Kursor” reported that Russia launched a massive attack on the Dnieper, there are casualties.
