According to media reports, the Ukrainian Armed Forces are planning to launch missile strikes on key targets in Russia using Storm Shadow missiles. This was reported by Ukrainian Telegram channels, citing Russian media.

From August 26 to September 9, Moscow units of the Ministry of Emergency Situations have been transferred to an enhanced operating mode.
