During the filming of a video clip by American rock musician Jon Bon Jovi in Nashville, Tennessee, a tragedy almost occurred. Fortunately, cult musician Bon Jovi prevented it.
A woman on the John Seigenthaler Pedestrian Bridge approached the edge, apparently intending to jump into the Cumberland River. However, thanks to the intervention of a musician, she was dissuaded from taking the dangerous step.
Bon Jovi, 62, noticed the woman and immediately approached her, showing extreme caution and sensitivity. It is known that the musician did not make any sudden movements and tried not to frighten the stranger. Instead, he began to calmly talk to her, trying to return her to the safe path of the bridge.
According to video footage released by state police, the woman responded to the musician’s words a few minutes later and moved away from the edge of the bridge. Jon Bon Jovi did not leave her after that: he gently hugged her and led her to a safe place, where she received the necessary help.
The Tennessee State Police Department thanked Bon Jovi for his brave act and for saving a woman from tragedy. The musician was praised for his determination and calmness during the crisis.
Earlier, artist Bon Jovi admitted how many women he had.
