Taiwan tops the list of countries where the number of millionaires will grow fastest between 2023 and 2028, according to a UBS forecast.

World of Statistics writes about this.

Growth is expected to be 47%, resulting in more than a million millionaires in the country by 2028. Following Taiwan is Turkey with a projected increase of 43%. In third place is Kazakhstan with a growth of 37%.

Interestingly, Israel also made the list, ranking seventh. The country is expected to see a 26% increase in millionaires over the next five years, putting it in the same group as Japan (28%) and South Korea (27%). This indicates that Israel’s economy continues to grow dynamically, and the number of wealthy people in the country will increase significantly.

Other countries where millionaire numbers are also expected to grow rapidly include Indonesia (32%), Mexico and Thailand (24% each), and Sweden, India and Brazil, where growth is forecast at 22%. Overall, the data shows that Asian and emerging markets are seeing the most significant growth in the number of wealthy people.

Thus, Israel, along with other countries, will continue to strengthen its position in the world rankings for the number of millionaires, which reflects the overall positive trends in the country’s economy.
