According to Freeones, the Czech Republic and Hungary hold the leading positions in terms of the number of porn stars per million inhabitants.

In the Czech Republic, this figure is 86.19, and in Hungary – 85.05. These countries have become world leaders in the adult industry, significantly ahead of other countries. In third place is the United States of America with a figure of 27.25 porn stars per million people.
They are followed by Latvia (20.53) and Puerto Rico (16.36), which also show high levels of involvement in the adult entertainment industry. Japan, known for its mass industry, ranks sixth with 14.15 porn stars per million inhabitants. Canada, Slovakia and Spain have more modest figures – 10.18, 9.81 and 8.30 respectively.
Russia ranks 12th on the list with 7.06 porn stars per million inhabitants, slightly behind countries like Romania and Germany. France has 6.03, also placing it among the countries with moderate levels of adult industry participation.
The list also includes Eastern European countries such as Ukraine (3.90), Lithuania (3.21), Moldova (3.08) and Belarus (2.26), although their scores are significantly lower than those of the Czech Republic and Hungary.
The bottom positions were taken by Poland (1.18), Thailand (0.79), Mexico (0.73) and South Korea (0.52), which indicates a much less developed adult industry in these countries. Incidentally, Israel did not make it into this ranking of countries.
