In the Tyumen region, in the city of Ishim, an unusual incident occurred: a drunk driver of a concrete mixer tried to hide from the police.
“Bild” writes about this.
It is noted that the duty station received a report about a group of drivers drinking alcohol at a local establishment. While the police were heading to the scene, one of the participants in the group managed to get behind the wheel of a concrete mixer and drive away.
The police began the pursuit, but the offender ignored the demands to stop and continued to try to escape. During the pursuit, on one of the sharp turns, the multi-ton vehicle lost control and drove into a ditch.
The driver was detained, but he refused to take a blood alcohol test.
Earlier, “Cursor” reported that Russia proposed launching a nuclear strike on mock-ups of London and Washington.
An idea was aired on one of Russia’s state television channels to build mock-ups of London and Washington and conduct mock nuclear strikes on them using the Bulava intercontinental ballistic missile. The program presented the proposal as a show of force and part of a training exercise for the Russian army.
The Bulava (RSM-56) is a key element of Russia’s strategic nuclear arsenal. Designed for use on Borei-class nuclear submarines, the missile can carry multiple nuclear warheads, making it an important component of the country’s nuclear deterrent.
