Today, the Russian occupiers launched another attack on Kharkov, as a result of which civilians were injured.

The footage is published by the Telegram channel “Place Kharkiv”.

According to the mayor of the city, Igor Terekhov, explosions occurred in four administrative districts of Kharkov, including Kyiv and Saltovsky. According to him, residential areas came under fire, and there is also information about air bombs hitting two multi-storey buildings. Rescue services continue to collect data on casualties and damage.

Terekhov noted that, according to preliminary data, there are deaths, but this information needs clarification.

The head of the Kharkov OVA Oleg Sinegubov added that one of the blows fell on a residential building, where floors from the eighth to the third completely collapsed.

According to him, there are people in the building under the rubble, and six victims are already known in the Kiev region. Rescue efforts continue and the number of victims may increase.

Russian aircraft guided bombs of the KAB series (adjustable aircraft bomb) are precision-guided munitions that are aimed at a target using various guidance systems, including laser. They are designed to destroy ground targets such as fortifications, military equipment or infrastructure.

There are several versions of these bombs, varying in weight and type of guidance systems. For example, KAB-500 and KAB-1500 are among the most common options, where the number indicates the approximate weight of the ammunition in kilograms. The KAB-500 is typically used for more mobile and smaller targets, while the KAB-1500 is used to destroy more hardened targets.

Earlier, Kursor reported that paratroopers of the Ukrainian Armed Forces broke through another section of the border with the Russian Federation.

This is the second case since the start of the operation in the Kursk region.
