The IDF has completed a series of attacks on Hezbollah positions in southern Lebanon, striking facilities where the IDF said the terrorist organization was storing weapons. Army officials said that the night before, Air Force fighters, under the direction of the Northern Command, attacked buildings that stored weapons and launchers used to bombard Israeli territory. Strikes were also carried out on military targets where Hezbollah militants were operating.
The IDF press service noted that the alarm in the Upper Galilee area was activated after about ten rocket launches were recorded from Lebanese territory. Some of the missiles were successfully intercepted by air defense systems.
