‘Twenty One Grams’ was the first film in Kerala to be released on a moderate screen with very little hype. But over time, the quality of the film has been praised by many audiences and critics alike. From the third day onwards, the film reached the stage of playing extra shows in many theaters as the audience started rising in the theaters and playing house full shows. The film has been praised by many celebrities from within the film industry. Prominent personalities like Jeethu Joseph, Mithun Manuel Thomas, Ranjith Shankar and Swargachithra Appachan have taken to social media to praise the film.
