A 23-year-old man was fatally injured in the early hours of this morning in Arta, when the motorcycle he was riding veered off its course.
The 23-year-old was transported by EKAV ambulance, seriously injured, to Artas General Hospital, where he ended up shortly afterwards. A preliminary investigation into the circumstances of the accident is being conducted by the Arta Traffic Department.
He studied journalism at IIEK in Athens, and has been working in local media since 1999. He was for a number of years editor-in-chief and editor of local newspapers, while he has worked for local TV stations, magazines and news websites, as well as a correspondent for Western Greek media .
