A total of 26 Cubans were deported by the Bahamas authorities this Friday, according to the dictatorship’s Ministry of the Interior on its social networks.
In that sense, they specified that it is a group made up of 21 men and five women residents of provinces such as Villa Clara, Sancti Spíritus and Ciego de Ávila.
Likewise, they indicated that the return of these Cubans from the Bahamas represents the 34th operation of this type from different countries in the region to complete a total of 505 people repatriated so far in 2024.

It is important to remember that, in recent days, the fourth air operation to return irregular Cuban migrants by the United States authorities was carried out.
A total of 47 Cubans They were returned to the communist island on Thursday, April 25, on the fourth deportation flight carried out from the United States so far this year.
This was announced by the Cuban Ministry of the Interior on its official Facebook profile, where it specified that this air operation to return irregular migrants by the US authorities was carried out through the José Martí International Airport in Havana.
These repatriations show once again how Cubans continue fleeing the communist island in search of a better future far from misery, without caring about risking their lives by sea or land.
Recently, it was also known that a group of Cubans were intercepted in Mexico when they were traveling on a bus with migrants from other countries.
