Today, October 12, a strong fire broke out in Iran at one of the industrial enterprises in Tehran.

Military observer “Yigal Levin” reports this.

The fire occurred near the Mehrabad airport, where a warehouse associated with the production of special glue and pipes is located. This area is also home to a large metal market, which is a complex of buildings.

A week ago, on October 6, a fire broke out in a rubber container manufacturing plant in southeastern Iran, located in one of the local industrial parks.

As a result of the incident, one person died, and 12 more victims were taken to medical facilities for treatment.

Local media reported that the fire started due to disposable containers catching fire, which led to the rapid spread of the fire.

At an extraordinary meeting of the National Security and Foreign Policy Committee of the Islamic Shura Council of Iran, parliamentarians discussed the recent pager explosions in Lebanon and the region, as well as security-related issues. Following the meeting, committee spokesman Ibrahim Rezaei spoke about the key points of the discussion.

He noted that Hungary has a monopoly on the production of used equipment, including pagers, and this operation was carried out with the active support of American and Israeli intelligence services, which were responsible for the security of these devices. In addition, Taiwan and Hungary, according to Rezai, are also responsible for the events that occurred.

The meeting was attended by representatives of various ministries, including Iran’s Minister of Communications and his deputies, as well as representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and experts from the Parliamentary Research Center. During the discussions, the Minister of Communications provided a report on the current state of production of communications equipment in the country, noting that Iran is taking steps towards localizing production and is considering the possibility of exporting some types of equipment.

Rezaei stressed that recent operations in Lebanon were closely linked to industrial pollution, and that the supply of explosive devices to the country had been stopped, with Israeli intelligence monitoring their transfer. He said the explosive devices hidden in the pagers were activated remotely with US support, and Israel was aware that civilians were targeted.

Rezaei concluded by highlighting the responsibilities of Hungary and Taiwan in these incidents, emphasizing their roles in the production and transfer of equipment.
