3 conditions are necessary to save Libya

by times news cr

Head of the Renaissance Civilization Project and presidential candidate Dr. Fathi Bin Shatwan confirmed that the main problem in Libya is represented by 3 main issues.

Dr. Bin Shatwan explained in a statement to the “Ain Libya” network that the first of these issues is legitimacy, as Libya has not witnessed a legitimate government since 2012 that derives its strength from the will of the Libyan people, which led to the loss of internal and international respect and the inability to impose security, stability and sovereignty, noting that the only way to achieve legitimacy is to hold free and fair elections.

The second is the presence of a clear and well-defined vision. A government without a clear vision and a renaissance project cannot effectively mobilize resources or direct the country toward development and prosperity.

The third issue is the criteria for selecting members of the government and its institutions. This requires that their selection be based on criteria of competence, experience and merit, so that they can implement their project and lead the country towards stability and renaissance.

Bin Shatwan concluded his statement by saying: “What we need in Libya is a legitimate government that derives its legitimacy from elections, has a vision and a renaissance project, and is chosen according to the criteria of efficiency and the ability to accomplish tasks. This can only be achieved by forming a small and effective government capable of achieving stability and managing elections.”
