Kochi ∙ A Taurus lorry ran over 3 two-wheelers on the national highway in Cheranallur, killing 2 people. The deceased have been identified as Naseeb (38), son of Paravur Mannam Kuryaparampil Shamsu, an employee of Flux Printing Company, and Lisa Antony (38), wife of Antony, wife of Panaiikulam Chirayam Arakkal, a nurse at Ernakulam Amrita Hospital.
Both were going to work place. Ravindran, who was seriously injured, is undergoing treatment. The accident happened around 10 am in front of a new petrol pump in Cheranallur. When a bike stopped to turn towards the pump, the 2 two-wheelers that followed also stopped
