The state of Pennsylvania in the United States is experiencing heavy snowfall. It was snowing heavily on the highway there yesterday. Thus the snow piled up all over the highway.
Several oncoming vehicles were involved in a series of accidents as oncoming vehicles were hit by an unknown amount of snow. Unbeknownst to the vehicles involved in the accident on the road, other vehicles that came one after the other collided with the vehicles involved in the accident.
More than 50 vehicles, including cars and lorries, collided head-on with each other. Three people were killed on the spot in the accident. More than 20 were seriously injured.
Meanwhile the video of cars and trucks colliding with each other in the snow spread virally on social websites.
