The Yogi Adityanath government has decided to provide clean drinking water to all households across the state of UP. The Jaljeevan department has been accelerated for this. Through this department, 30 lakh 39 thousand 687 water samples were tested across the state from last April to December. Of these, 4.22 lakh have been found to be contaminated. Actions have been taken to resolve 46,000 more samples.
