The Allahabad High Court delivered its verdict on September 30, 2010. It was decided that the land should be divided among the three organizations. All three organizations filed a case in the Supreme Court against it. The verdict in that case came in 2019. A five-judge bench headed by the then Chief Justice Ranjan Gogai ruled that the land belongs to the child Ram. The judgment also said that the Sunni Waqf Board should be given five acres of land elsewhere. On the other hand, Nirmogi Agora’s plea was also dismissed.
