Moonlighting is the act of working for another company for extra income while working for one company, violating the company’s rules. India’s fourth largest IT services company, Wipro, has been strongly warning about this since its inception. But now Wipro has taken action.
Accordingly, the management of Wipro has discovered that around 300 employees have been working for its competitors while working for them. Wipro has released a new notification that these 300 employees have been fired, which has caused shock among the employees.
