32-year-old driver crashed into hotel wall and died

A 32-year-old car driver died in a traffic accident in Bezau in the Bregenzerwald on Sunday night. According to the police, the man skidded for unknown reasons and crashed into the wall of a hotel.

The man was driving in his car around 3 a.m. in town, in a long right-hand bend he apparently lost control of his vehicle, according to the police. The casualty was rescued from the vehicle by passers-by and a first responder on site and resuscitated until the arrival of the emergency medical team. The 32-year-old man was then taken to the trauma room of the Bregenz state hospital, where he succumbed to his serious injuries.
