The topic of negotiations between Turkish intelligence and Hamas is a ceasefire in Israel. The Turkish side is communicating “with official representatives of the Hamas political bureau.”
This was reported by the Turkish state television channel TRT Haber.
It is clarified that the Turkish National Intelligence Organization is negotiating with Hamas on a ceasefire with Israel
“The Chairman of the Turkish National Intelligence Organization spoke with officials from the Hamas political bureau regarding efforts to achieve a ceasefire between Israel and Hamas,” the statement said.
It is also known that the communication took place over the telephone.
“During the conversation, we discussed the progress made in the negotiations and the achievement of the final goal. The parties agreed that ceasefire efforts will continue,” the TV channel noted.
Let us recall that “Cursor” wrote that according to information from Al Hadath, citing its sources, Israel continues to discuss with intermediaries the possibility of removing brother Sinuar from the Gaza Strip.
“Cursor” also reported that Donald Trump said that the deal to release the hostages could be completed by the end of the week.
In addition, Kursor reported that Hamas militants were found to have bombs owned by the Israel Defense Forces. Apparently, enterprising militants bring them from the battlefield and “convert” them into combat ammunition. In such a situation, there is no need to even smuggle weapons.
Kursor also wrote that as part of the agreement, it is planned to release 1,000 prisoners from the Gaza Strip who did not participate in the attack on October 7. In exchange, Israeli women, children and elderly people, as well as about 200 prisoners sentenced to life imprisonment, will be released.
Earlier, Kursor reported that negotiations between Israel and Hamas on the release of hostages in the Gaza Strip are close to the final stage, but key differences remain that prevent the final signing of the agreement. In a conference room in Doha, intense discussions continue between Israeli representatives, including the heads of the Mossad and Shin Bet, as well as mediators from the United States, Qatar and Egypt.
