The 381st meeting of the Board of Directors of Shahjalal Islami Bank Plc was held.
The meeting was held on Thursday (July 4) in the board meeting room of the bank’s corporate head office.
Chairman of the Board of Directors AK Azad presided over it. Several investment proposals were approved in the meeting.
The meeting was attended by the vice chairman of the board of directors of the bank Mohammad Yunus and Mohiuddin Ahmed (participated on the digital platform), director Dr. Anwar Hossain Khan, Md. Sanaullah Sahid, Abdul Karim (Participated in Digital Platform), Md. Abdul Barek, Abdul Halim, Akkach Uddin Molla, Khandaker Shakib Ahmed, Engineer Md. Tauhidur Rahman, Fakir Akhtaruzzaman, Mrs. Tahera Farooq and Mrs. Jebun Nahar (Participated in Digital Platform), Fakir Masrikuzzaman, Independent Director Ekramul Haque, KAM Majedur Rahman (Participated in Digital Platform) and Nasir Uddin Ahmed were present.
Besides, the bank’s managing director Mosleh Uddin Ahmed and company secretary Md. Abul Bashar was present.
