Coming in as an opener and standing on strike to maiden the first over will increase the pressure on the opposite batsman. Rahul did the same. One of the biggest mistakes India made was to replace Chahal with Ashwin. Although Ashwin is one of the world class spinners, his contribution to the team in this series has been very poor. Bhuvi is capable of swinging both sides of the new ball. It was evident in many matches that he could not bowl well in the death overs except the powerplay overs. But yesterday, the ball was swinging and despite having the honor of taking Buttler’s wicket several times, Buvi could not give a hand yesterday.
