India bagged 4 gold medals in a single day at the Asian Aeronautical Championships on Sunday.

In the finals held on Sunday, the team of Arjun Babuta, Kiran Jadhav and Rudrangsh Patil beat Kazakhstan with a score of 17-11 in the men’s 10m air rifle team category. In the women’s team category, the team consisting of Mehuli Ghosh, Ilavenil Walarivan and Meghna Sajanar won the gold by defeating the South Korean team by 16-10 points.

In the 10m air rifle junior men’s team, the team of Divyansingh Panwar, Srikarthik Sabariraj and Vidit Jain defeated South Korea 16-10. In the junior women’s team category as well, India’s Dilothama Sen, Nancy and Ramita won the first place by defeating the South Korean team 16-2.

With this, the number of gold medals won by India in this competition has increased to 10. In this, Dilothama Sen, Divyansingh Panwar and Mehuli Ghosh have won 2 gold medals each.
