4 young children stabbed in a park in the south of France: an act of violence that shocks the community

The French city of Annecy was rocked by a terrible incident in which at least eight people, including several children, were injured by an individual armed with a knife. The news was confirmed by the French Interior Minister, Gérald Darmanin, through his official Twitter account. The attack reportedly took place in a square in Annecy and thanks to the swift intervention of the police, the assailant was arrested.

According to authorities, the children were in the park near the lake with their teachers when a 46-year-old man approached and began stabbing them, some of them in their cars.
