Bis repeated. The deputies of the National Rally will vote Monday in favor of the motion of censure tabled by La France insoumise against the government, as a week ago, announced before the National Assembly the elected Sébastien Chenu.

Far-right parliamentarians will vote on their own motion on Monday and, “as free parliamentarians, not recognizing any faction”, they will “vote any other motion” presented in “acceptable terms, intended to make you review your copy in the interest of France and the French”, launched to the government the deputy RN. His group indicated that this meant a vote on the LFI motion.

Last week, the elected members of the National Rally had already decided to vote for a rebellious motion of censure. A decision which had aroused strong reactions from the side of the majority, but also from the President of the Republic in person, ensuring in particular that the political formation of Jean-Luc Mélenchon was on the side of “cynicism and disorder”. Emmanuel Macron had even accused the political forces of the left of having amended their motion to obtain the voices of the far right, which has since been denied by several media, including franceinfo or L’Humanité.

“Your government is hanging by a thread”

The rebels are now focusing their attacks on the weakness of the majority of the executive, forced to resort to 49.3 on its budgetary texts. The speaker of La France insoumise Clémence Guetté thus criticized this Monday a “brutal act”, “shining proof” of “the isolation” and the “minority” of the presidential camp, deprived of an absolute majority in the National Assembly.

“So your government is hanging by a thread: 49.3! You are reduced to constantly pulling on the rope that keeps you in place like puppets, ”launched the LFI deputy from Val-de-Marne. “The 49.3 is the standard bearer of this caste which navigates between the ministries and the companies of the CAC 40. This class which rejects the social State because it thinks it can do without it”, she still accused.

After criticism of the support of the National Rally for a previous motion of censure by the left-wing coalition Nupes, Clémence Guetté attacked the “far right” presented as the “ally” of the macronists. “You can count on Marine Le Pen who also defended the increase in working time and the end of special pension schemes,” she told them.
