49ers Make Big Move with Chase Young Trade
Last week, just before the NFL trading deadline, the San Francisco 49ers made a big move by acquiring defensive end Chase Young in a trade from the Washington Commanders. Young, the No. 2 overall pick in the 2020 NFL Draft, is set to join forces with his former Ohio State teammate Nick Bosa, who currently holds down the starting role at the other edge position for the 49ers.

“Guys are obviously excited, but now it’s time to get to work. It was exciting news over the bye week. We’re excited to have him, and he’s going to be tremendous for our team,” Armstead said.
