And all this, considering that at the time she was between 45 and 50 years old. On top of that, the woman also simulated a “problematic” pregnancy 12 times, when she had to “abort”. For all these frauds, the Neapolitan woman was sentenced to a year and 8 months in prison, and her partner Davide Piccinato – to 7 months in prison for complicity.
According to “Republika” with a pillow under her clothes to imitate a belly, Yoele went to the Health Insurance Fund with false documents that she was pregnant. She made them herself, there was also a forged signature of a gynecologist. Thus, the woman simulated 12 high-risk pregnancies. As a result, the health services gave the right to the “pregnant” to be absent from work, and then to collect what she was entitled to from the Social Security Institute. Barbara even had the EGN of her “children”.
The woman eventually managed to “give birth” to five children and “perform” 12 abortions. All this attracted the attention of the Labor Inspectorate and initiated an investigation. It turned out that there was no evidence that the woman had given birth in hospitals. Now the authorities will demand the return of the sum of 111,000 euros collected by fraud from the woman who worked in a fast food chain.
