Sasikumar: Director Sasikumar gives a realistic storytelling film that incorporates ideas that society needs. He played the lead role in the self-directed 2008 film Subramaniapuram. He will be directing the 2010 film Eason. He directed only a few films and then went on to become a leading actor, starring as a full-time protagonist in films such as Nomads, Fighter, Sundara Pandian and Taraithappattai.
S J Surya: He directed super hit films like Thala Ajith’s Wali and Commander Vijay’s Kushi which are currently shining in Tamil cinema and was instrumental in their screen careers. Usually in the films he directs he usually keeps playing small roles.
He later became famous for his role as a hero in the 2007 films Merchant, Dear Aruyire, Music and Monster. Not only as the protagonist but also as the character in the film Commander Vijay’s Friend and Mersal as the villain in the film. He has a different acting style in each film. Recently, his performance in Sivakarthikeyan’s Don has attracted a lot of fans.
