510 injured students came for medical treatment at various Combined Military Hospitals (CMH) of the country under the supervision of the Army. Out of this, 264 students have returned home after treatment.

This information was informed in a press release sent by the Directorate of Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) on Saturday (August 24).

According to ISPR, since August 18, the Bangladesh Army is relentlessly and sincerely providing emergency and advanced medical services to CMH hospitals with the aim of speedy recovery of injured students in the nationwide anti-discrimination student movement.

According to the latest statistics, a total of 510 injured students came for medical treatment at Dhaka CMH and other CMHs in the country.

Out of this 246 injured students are undergoing treatment at CMHs and remaining 264 students have returned home after treatment.

Bangladesh Army is wishing a speedy recovery to the injured students in the anti-discrimination student movement. In addition, ISPR also said that it is always active in providing maximum support to get the necessary emergency medical care to the injured students across the country.
