Islamabad, 29 September. (time.news) – The death toll from the explosion that occurred in Pakistan near a mosque continues to worsen. The latest news reported by the Dawn newspaper and confirmed by medical sources speak of at least 52 deaths, including a police officer, and around 50 injured after the explosion in the Mastung district, in the province of Baluchistan. Previously the newspaper had reported a toll of 34 dead and over 130 injured. Authorities believe it was a suicide attack: the attacker blew himself up while people were gathering for a religious procession for Eid Miladun Nabi, which commemorates the birth of the prophet Muhammad.
